All in all, it is excellent place for staying in Eastleigh. The venue has absolutely perfect and particularly good setting next to the pub which is open late so that's very convenient. Terrific service is a plus.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a lovely pub just opposite and a Co, op store next door for convenience. It is also just a short walk away from the town center. the hotel is easily accessible from the train station, making it convenient for those traveling to London. the kitchenette in the room is modern and well, equipped, with soft close doors and built, in white goods.
The main room light lampshade in some of the rooms has a tendency to fall off, which can be quite frustrating.

It was good base for travelling to Eastleigh, I was glad to stay there. Loved the kindness and efforts made by the owner yet my bed was very uncomfortable.
Rooms were very small.
